Return & Exchange Policy At A Glance

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, rest assured that you can return it in its unworn condition within 14 days, absolutely free of charge. We will promptly refund items that are returned in the same condition they were delivered to you.

Please take note of the following:

  • Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for garments that have been soiled, marked, laundered, or worn.

  • Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Once we receive your returned item/s at our office, we will process them within 14 days. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider's processing times. Also, kindly remember that the original delivery charge is non-refundable unless the garment was found to be faulty.

 

To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@nhiclothing.com with "Return" in the subject line.

  2. In the body of the email, include your invoice number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. Complete the returns form found in your parcel, and include it in your return package.

  4. Pack your item/s securely in the original poly mailer or a similar package to ensure their safe return. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.

  5. Drop off the package at any Canada Post office and pay for the required postage under 'standard shipping.'

  6. Return the parcel to the following address:

Note: Postage fees incurred by the customer will be credited back to the same credit card used for the purchase once we have processed your return.

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your international order, don't worry. You have 30 days to return unworn items. We will gladly issue a refund for products returned in the same pristine condition in which they were delivered.

 

Please take note of the following:

  • Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for garments that have been soiled, marked, laundered, or worn.

  • Items labeled as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges for our international customers. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order online.

  • We aim to process your returned item/s within 14 days of receiving them at our office.   • When sending the parcel, take it to your nearest post office or a reputable courier company. Inform them that you are returning an item to avoid incurring additional import duties and taxes.

  • We strongly recommend obtaining adequate insurance, such as proof of posting, when sending your parcel, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost items during transit.

  • Any charges we incur due to incorrect shipping or damage to returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.
